This year, I think I'm doing away with the resolutions / lists / goals. I am, after all, about to embark on what may very well be the biggest adventure yet: motherhood. So I'm doing away with the old and embracing the new--everything about it--and I'm giving myself a break for 2012 because I feel like it's only going to be more challenging from here on out and part of my growing up involves being able to let. things. go. Here's to 2012!

Some of the remaining 30 before 30 items are completely subjective in nature (e.g., "Stop beating myself up over the very very small stuff.") With that in mind, I order a recount. Cross off that one and "Practice patience." 23/30 is awesome, just as 21/30 was. And who knows? Maybe you'll hit #s 15 and 16 as well :)
T- great post! I wish I'd thought of doing a 30-before-30...as it is, I could do but have less than 5 months. Maybe I'll do 31-31. ;)
Did you start reading the 1Q84 yet? I love Murakami! I'm debating whether or not I should wait for the book to come out in paper cover as the current edition so gigantic to carry around. I know it's 3 books in one and I am excited to read it.
